FIRST OF ALL LET ME SAY THAT IN NO WAY DID I THINK I WAS GONNA WALK OUT WITH A BRAND NEW CAR AFTER THE LONG DAY MY BF AND ME HAD SEARCHING.. IT WAS MY BF IDEA TO LOOK AND SEE IF I FOUND SOMETHING I LIKED THAT FIT MY BUDGET. AFTER LOOKING FOR A CAR SINCE 2PM AT DIFFERENT DEALERS I CAME TO GALPIN WITH A REFERRAL OF A CLOSE FAMILY FRIEND, THE BEGINNING DIDN'T START OFF GREAT AT ALL, THE FIRST SALES REP THAT ASSISTED US HERE PRETTY MUCH AFTER SHOWING US 1 CAR TOOK US INSIDE AND LEFT US WITH THE IMPRESSION SHE WAS GOING TO SEE IF WHAT I WANTED WAS AVAILABLE, WHICH WASN'T THE CASE. AFTER WAITING FOR A WHILE SHE CAME BACK AND LET US KNOW SHE HAD TO GO AND BROUGHT ANOTHER SALES WITHOUT EVEN LETTING HIM KNOW THAT SHE HADN'T TOLD US SHE WAS LEAVING. THE NEW SALES REP WAS ERIK MARTON. HE HAD A GREAT PERSONALITY AND WORK ETHIC, AND MADE SURE WE KNEW WE HAD HIS FULL ATTENTION. HE DEFINITELY MADE UP FOR THE LAST SALES REP THAT LEFT US PRETTY UPSET, HE TURNED A LONG DAY OF CAR SHOPPING INTO A GREAT MEMORABLE EXPERIENCE FOR ME, HE FOUND ME THE EXACT CAR I WANTED AND MADE SURE I KNEW EVERY DETAIL INSIDE THE CAR AND OUT AND WAS VERY PATIENT WITH US WHEN WE ASKED HIM TONS OF QUESTIONS. SINCE IT WAS A FRIDAY NIGHT SO IT WAS REALLY BUSY.. HE MADE SURE WE WERE COMFORTABLE AND STAYED WITH US THE WHOLE TIME AND EVEN BROUGHT US DRINKS AND FOOD WHILE WE WAITED FOR THE FINAL PAPERWORK TO BE PROCESSED. WE LEFT CLOSE TO 11-11:30 PM AND BEFORE WE LEFT HE WENT OVER ALL OF MY CARS NEW FEATURES AGAIN. I'M SO HAPPY AND THANKFUL HE WAS THE ONE THAT HELPED US THAT NIGHT. IF IT WOULD HAVE BEEN ANOTHER SALES REP WITH A BAD ATTITUDE WE WOULD HAVE CALLED IT NIGHT AND WENT HOME. GREAT COMPANY AND GREAT SALES REP..IF YOU GO TO GALPIN HONDA MAKE SURE TO ASK FOR ERIK MARTON BECAUSE I GUARANTEE YOU WILL LEAVE WITH THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!
