The beginning was not that good. My girlfriend and I showed up from another dealership expecting to be referred and given a great sales rep, but that was not the case. She wasn't very helpful. She ended up telling us that she needed to go and just dropped another sales rep on us. The new salesman name was Erik Marton. Great personality and good work ethic. Excellent business man and professional. He diffused a bad experience into a great and memorable one for my girlfriend and I. It was a Friday night which means its really busy. He stayed with us till the end. We left at 11:30 pm and he still took time to answer all of our questions. Great company and I HIGHLY recommend Erik Marton at the Galpin Honda in San Fernando.
