When ever I am in Golden I try to stop into Foss General Store. It has been there for over 80 years and is a true general store. They sell a wide selection of rustic furniture, nostalgic memorabilia, old fashioned candy, liquor and wine. They even have a post office and pharmacy. This store is a great place to get a souvenir for out of towner's as they have t-shirts and plenty of Colorado inspired merchandise. If you are planning on outfitting a room in an old coca cola theme or other nostalgic theme this is the place to go. They have a huge selection of metal signs, old car replicas, restored original gas pumps and much, much more. Check it out!
