I have ordered from here several times since I've been in Chicago. Every time I order, the service gets worse and worse, which really sucks because they have great food. I live at the very edge of their delivery zone, so I have no problem waiting a bit longer for my food. However, the last two times I have ordered, it has literally taken two and a half to three hours for my food to arrive. I google mapped the distance, and it's a 25 minute drive. Let's say the food takes half an hour to prepare, plus the drive (and I'll cut them slack and suppose they are low on drivers), there is no reason why my food should arrive three hours after I place the order, cold, soggy and disappointing. I ordered from them again to give them a chance of redemption, but I definitely won't be giving them another shot.
