I have been in the weight loss program about 1 month and what wonderful changes so far. I am amazed what a big difference in such a short time they have made. Food and sweet cravings have diminished substantially and I am more active and this in ONE month. Everyone is so friendly and helpful from the front desk to the hypnotists. It makes going there even better. I drive 45 minutes one way once a week and am happy to do it. I started feeling better mentally in the first week and physically within 3 weeks. I have not slept so good since I had my son 35 years ago. What wonderful deep sleep I get now. I focus better at work and feel so much more clear headed. They help so much more then just my weight loss. I love, love, love Positive Changes. They could not have chosen a better name!
