So you want an easy, healthy way to lose weight? I've been going to Positive Changes since the middle of Jan, 2014. Not only have I lost weight but all the negative reasons I used to gain it in the first place. I don't flavor my water just to get the required glasses down and have started to exercise alot. I've even hired a trainer. I see not only a physical change but an emotional one as well. The people at Positive Changes are all about positive, friendly and professional. I'm thrilled at what I'm experiencing. When people ask me about the program, I smile because it is totally amazing the way it works.\r
