I am pleased to share my experience with the Positive Changes Hypnosis Center in Spokane, WA. The staff has been a perfect balance of professional, inspirational and fun. I have lost 30 pounds using their program, but what I have gained is even more impressive. I have gained a sense of self-acceptance, confidence, and enthusiasm for a healthier life-style.
