AJ Rose Carpets & Flooring was recommended to me by my son and daughter-in-law. We had used another company before, but we were much happier with AJ Rose. We got vinyl flooring from them for the kitchen and laundry room, and we also got carpeting for the back stairs.
The best aspect of their service was their willingness to work with the customer and provide whatever the customer wants or needs. The type of flooring I wanted that I saw on their website was either out of stock or discontinued. But they got in touch with the manufacturer to get me a sample and then ordered it for me! To me, that attention to the customer's needs is most important.
I worked with Andrew. When I went into the store, he was all over helping me find what I needed. The installer who put the flooring down, who I think was a sub-contractor with them, was wonderful. He worked very closely with them. We are already planning to go back because we need a couple more area rugs.
