Review content:
I have been to this Urgent Care several times over the last four years. It is very frustrating to have your primary doctor tell you that you cannot be seen for a week or more, when you are feeling ill NOW, or there is an infection that needs treatment NOW. I have rarely had to wait to be seen here, I have been treated with care and respect, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and they even refer to past visits, now that I am there once or more a year. They did an excellent follow up with an infection I had, and I had to return every few days for the dressings to be changed. I recommend them to everyone I know, and I believe they are providing an excellent service to the community. I realize primary doctors are very busy, however I do not feel that the emergency room should be the back up provider. This facility is the perfect answer to getting care that is non-life threatening, non-emergency, but still invaluable for taking care of ourselves. Of course, they do provide a number of onsite services that the emergeny department does, also, and with much less wait and confusion. They also have an on site pharmacy, which allows me to just go straight home, and get down the business of feeling better. A big thank you to all of them!!!
