i wish i could leave this 0 Stars -- i hired him to install duct work to get heating to my other side of my house - ran the duct work told me to wait a week to see what happens. heat never worked - contacted multiple HVAC companies and was told the same thing - the duct work is run incorrectly. i asked John about this and he wouldn't listen to me - and then stated after the fact that my furnace was not sized correctly for the house. so i paid for duct work which won't work. save yourself a headache - i already booked a reputable HVAC company - they are doing a rip and replace.
