I have had the ""pleasure"" of visiting several car dealerships in the last couple of years. Lexus, Mercedes, Toyota and Chevy. Never before have I been to a dealership where the employees are truly customer oriented. Alex Ortiz was one of the first car salesmen I've encountered that walked me through nearly every car on the lot. He made sure I was able to test drive everything I was interested in and there was absolutely no rush and no pressure. He was sincerely concerned with helping me find the right car. My case was particular difficult and Walter's Audi was able to work a deal with me that was probably way beyond fair. They honestly do treat you like family and want to see you happy and satisfied. Hands down, my future car leases will again be from Walter's Audi. Thank you very much Alex for all your time and help!
