Previous cleanings left spots and I had no sense that the carpet looked any different so, I resisted spending the money to do it again. I was planning on replacing it in a year but decided to have it cleaned in preparation for company. Wow, stains left by the previous cleaning came out in addition to many, many new ones and the carpet looks great. I waited a week to review to see what old stains would begin to show but so far nothing. Service and attention to detail were fabulous. I am a convert and will keep using F & F and delay the cost and chaos of a full replacement!. P.S. I chose them based on all the good reviews but was cautious about how much I could really believe. So very glad I took the leap of fait. This is my first recommendation for any company or product but was so pleased that I am willing to give my approval.
