Review content:
We hired them to remodel our master bath. The shower was terribly built and started having problems 90 days post remodel. Eventually, our master bath shower completely failed. The entire floor was rotted, it leaked down to the ceiling below and needed to be completely replaced. \r

After the repairs were made (by another company, of course), they agreed to and signed a binding, notarized contract to repay us for damages plus interest. They have paid only a small portion and will not return calls or emails. \r

Their workmanship is sub par. They use outdated practices, don't pull permits, use substandard and cheap materials, cut corners and overall do sloppy, amateur work. Faucets were installed improperly, the tile and grout had problems from day one, they patched our walls by smearing on spackle and leaving it, they broke our mirror, made decisions without asking, and they left the job a mess (broken glass all down our front steps - barely cleaned up, a huge mess in our ""new"" bathroom).\r

Their communication was always poor, unprofessional, dishonest, and nothing has changed. They do not stand by their work or their word. Awful experience all around. Run away!
