I love this bakery, for the first time/ intimidated some tips:
If you want:
1. Multiple pastries to go. Take a number as soon as possible and watch the screen, the numbers count down _fast_ the wait will give you time to finalize your order/questions
2. A Sandwich, drink, or a few pastries, turn left and order from the lunch counter. They have awesome sandwiches, and an edited selection of the best pastries.
3. A small tart or cake and are not set on a particular offering, there is a cake line on the right. Just pick from the cakes/tarts displayed. They will personalize if you request.
4. A large cake order or a specific cake or design in mind, go upstairs (separate door) and order in advance. Pick up the cake on the left opposite the lunch counter.
