This office is unprofessional and disorganized thank god this not my pcp office.I have to bring my person I serve and they are treated so awful by the reception.and Dr there it horrible some of the nurse are nice. On this day I had one of my person I served we got there at 12:45 pm her apt was at 1:30pm there was only three people in the waiting room thirty minutes later the waiting was full of patients and the same three people including me and person I serve were still seating around two I went to the reception and asked her whats going on she rudely sad these people have 1:00 appt and yours is at 1:30 pm so we have to see them first ok when then see them at two we were called to the back for vital and placed in another waiting room due to know rooms avail we finally got a room ar 2:10 pm the dr and training comes in ask what she here for even though he was presented with full detail of her symptoms he never was looked at her nor touched her he told the trainee to listen her he was scared to touch her just like the dr is he never touches them we was out of the room at 2:13 pm a waste of time and all the dr do is stand at the desk either on the computer or talking into the phones somebody should come monitor these folks worst pcp I have ever seen
