These reviews are fake!!! just read the wording! all sales pitches! This is absolutely the worst place I have ever lived. Read the TRUE reviews as they all indicate the staff is very rude and have huge chips on their shoulders. We have a Minature Chuawawa The staff would come through your apartment without notice. We indicated we were not comfortable without us not being home and we have a tiny dog. They actually made us take a Minature Chuawawa to a profeshional dog handler to verify the dog was not a danger should there be an emergency and Management enter our apartment. The letter that was written by a Fire Chief and profeshional dog handler was actually posted on a public board to show their ignorance. The Fire Chief indicated they are more concerned entering a building with large attack dogs and that miniature Chuawawa's have yet to be a threat. This was total embarrassment for the management. Just one example of their bullying. My name is Tyler and I have a unique last name that is very uncommon. I sometimes have packages come as Ty instead of Tyler and the staff threatens me they will not give me my packages as the names are not the same. My son is a minor with a School Identification that they will not allow for him to pick up his packages. You will need to take your son or daughter to the state and get a state ID in order for your kids to get packages in their name. They know who you are as you live there! and see them constantly. They are terrible on customer service and actually work on making your living here difficult. They staff here all are MISERABLE. \r
They nickel and dime you every chance they can. You sign a year lease with hidden costs such as after your year is up and you want to move, they will charge you 2 months rent for not giving them a REMINDER or 2 months notice you are leaving although you all agree on a year lease. Don't let the nice clubhouse fool you! Renewing a lease is also a nightmare. Truly folks, I would not sit down and write a review unless it was that bad. I never write reviews. However, If I can save a good person or family from the torture and total misery from this place. I'll spend the time to write a review. STAY AWAY!!!!
