Review content:
Knollwood is full of bs. The staff are very rude and inconsiderate. It's like once you sign your lease it's a done deal. The mangaer especially is ver rude and unprofessional and I guess her staff are followers. If you have any other choice do not move int knollwood. They are also prejudice. What theey do for one tenant they will not do for the next. The apartments out here are old, outdated, and full of problems. If you ever have had any disagreement with the the staff they will be out to get you, so beware. They will try to do the very minimal to repair your problem and have your apartment looking like rigged up garbage. There are so many other complexes in grand blanc that makes knollwood look like like dumps. They don't keep them up at all. The outside need to be painted. The walls on the inside are bubbling from water leakage, the carpet is worn and old, and I can go on and on. This complex is a joke.
