Rob was here today to re-stretch my carpet. He was professional and did an excellent job.
I went with this company based on the reviews I read. They cost more than other companies but I wanted the job done correctly. My expectations were met with this company.
I must mention Kim, she is detail-oriented and had patience when I called several times to ask questions. If she doesn't know something, she looks it up and calls right back as soon as possible. She is also one of the main reasons I chose this company.
