Review content:
This is the place for people who want to party, and only want to party. There are literally parties here every night, no exceptions. And they are LOUD, lasting until 3 or 4am on weeknights and until sunrise on weekends. It wouldn't be so bad if the parties were in an actual apartment, but everyone just gathers by the pool in the courtyard, gets drunk, and screams at each other. My room overlooks the pool, so I can't get more than 4 hours of sleep a night. The rooms on the perimeter of the complex aren't excessively noisy, though (which is probably why some people are saying that noise is not a problem), but you don't get to choose your room and there is a 50/50 chance of getting either one. The place usually looks very trashy too, as there are always red cups and broken beer bottles lying around. Maintenance cleans them up the next day, but they always return the following night.\r

Parking is also a nightmare. You have a choice between paying an obscene $50 a month on top of your rent
