Businiess name:  Straatmann Carpet & Storage

Review content:
Ed came over and measured our floor. He told me & my wife that with his measurements there will be ""some"" extra left over. When the job was finished, there wasn't a sliver of wood left over. I called Ed who came over and re-measured the floor again but couldn't give an adaquate answer as to ""why"" there wasn't any left planks over. What he told me is NOT what he said standing in our home when he came out. Highly disappointed with Straatman Carpet as we went there on recommendation of my sister who had him put a floor in. I would suggest you get everything in writing to avoid the poor service. I offered to split the cost of a box which would be about $48.00 but Ed said no because he bidded the job close but yet he gave us a discount of $40.00 off his ""close"" original price?? If the price was ""close"" how come a discount?
