As usual, whenever I enter the Hudson Tire Proz, I am immediately recognized by name. My appointment was easy to get (even during very busy times), and my vehicle was brought in right away. I was fully informed of the requested work to be done, and then informed of other issues with my truck -- no pressure, but informed in a positive and caring manner -- giving the work order, price quote, and time duration. I was then offered a vehicle to use while mine was being worked on, and received a phone call right when I was told the work would be done. Additionally, after I paid for the work, I realized that I had a previous coupon for a significant discount on the bill; this was quickly and sincerely figured in to the bill, giving me the discount.
