I gave them one star because I had to. This is the worst company to do business with. We are very reasonable and patient people, but our hardware order, alleged to take two weeks, which was paid in full the day ordered, is now working on week eight. We have heard for the last 4 weeks that it will be here on Monday. And we ve heard, it is out for delivery , it came in yesterday , etc., etc. The lies don t even make sense. Buyer Beware!
