Needed to have someone out as my garage door had an issue as a result of the cold. Setting up an appointment was easy, took a bit of discussion to agree on what needed replaced. I would use O'Brien again and recommend. Only other thing is that the price he quoted me already considered the coupon I had which I didn't realize until the work was completed.
