Unless you have an appointment, don't bother! I walked in a few weeks ago dying to try on a dress I had seen on their website. I was convinced it was my dream dress. All I could talk about was being able to try on the dress. There were no available appointments when I tried to schedule one so I tried my luck and went anyways. When my bridal party and I walked in, we were barely greeted. We were literally being ignored for 99% of the time we were there. I'm guessing it was the manager who had such a nasty, sarcastic attitude with us. And when we were finally addressed, the manager told us there were no available staff to help us and that some other staff were on break and didn't know when they would be back! Seriously?! Another woman had walked in while all this was happening and the manager told her the same thing. She said ""you can wait and just sit around like these people are doing"" (referring to me and my bridal party) I got up and walked out. Worst experience ever! I wasn't able to try on my ""dream dress"" but I did end up buying an amazing dress at another store with much more friendly people. My dress is absolutely perfect and I was able to end my day with tears of joy! Coral gables bridal missed out on an almost $3000 dollar sale :) things happen for a reason.
