Businiess name:  My Pet's Vet Clinic

Review content:
This is a low cost clinic, I have found the staff there to be kind and very caring.\r I have just read all the negative reviews and am pains to see how these reflect my experience with My Pets Vet. My dogs have been treated there for almost ten years, through spaying and neutering, dentals, and routine vaccines. Only once was a mistake made and my female was given a vaccine in error (it contained an ingredient which resulted in an allergic reaction.) The vet tech missed the huge red alert on my dog's file (humans sometimes make mistakes) but they were extremely concerned and kept my dog for observation just to make sure she was alright, and she was. Antidote administered at no cost. Over the past almost ten years my animals have been going here, wait times have been sometimes extremely long, but as a no appointment clinic, that has to be expected. Their charges are reasonable, with three animals, I cannot afford my local vet - for example, removal of a small superficial lesion, no general anesthetic, just local, two stitches: my local vet charged $381, compared to $124 at My Pets Vet. This is a low cost clinic, no fancy waiting room, two or three rotating vets whom I all know and who know my dogs. Support staff have improved, and any follows up calls have been made promptly and concern has been shown for my animals. Overall, this is a good place for reasonably priced, routine pet care.
