I have a crazy schedule and it is hard for me to make appointments but they were very accomodating. I really appreciated their patience with me since I had to change my appointment two times. I had a coupon for a facial and because of my schedule I was not able to use it by the expiration date. They understood and were kind enough to extend the date so that I could still use it. When I went in for my facial I was equally impressed. The facial was incredible. It was to relaxing, just what I needed to ease the stress of my crazy schedule.
