Review content:
The service department is awful. Shoddy work and price gouging. They are nice enough people, and they asked me if there was "anything" they could do in order to receive a "10" on a survey that I will be contacted in regards to in the near future. All this prior to the circus event I was about to endure. Unfortunately the damage is already done, and I will never recommend anyone do business with this place. I took my Hyundai in to have a power window switch replaced. They did so, and gave me back my car. I quickly realized there was another problem when I was locked in my vehicle and couldn't get out. They had forgotten to hook up the linkage to my door lock. That means I have to take more time out of my extremely busy schedule in order for them to remedy the situation. During this time, I had noticed that my tire pressure was continuously low and I had to refill one specific tire with air. They told me they did a "50 point inspection" which includes a thorough examination of my tires. According to them, everything is fine. I get back home, which is only 10 miles from the dealership, and my low tire pressure light comes on again. It took me only a minute to realize there was a nail in my tire. So much for a "50 point inspection." My job is VERY demanding. I constantly travel, and yet again I had to take the time to bring this car back to the dealership once again. I dropped it off, and they called me. They said I will need another tire, and it costs $175...WHAT?? One tire, $175? This doesn't seem right! So I asked them for all the info on the specific tire in which they were attempting to sell me. I called Discount Tire, and the same tire is $110, and Discount Tire offered to fix my existing tire for FREE. Great way to treat a customer AutoNation.
