No jets for the spa/hot tub, pool lights are not wired correctly so work half the time, sunken kitchen walls are leaking at all outlets for the counter top and switches for sump pump and now the switches dont work. Worried that sump pump is next for not working, which will not be good if the walls keep leaking. Cracks in the concrete decking around pool. Overflow refill not working. We have to use different friends phone numbers at different times to actually reach Bradley, otherwise he won't pick up. When he does it's nothing but promises of getting out to fix the issues. He never shows up. Don't trust him.
