I would highly recommend Extermco Pest Control. They are very nice, and they are very quick about what they need to do. They keep their appointments. You can prepay or pay when they get there.
I've been using them about two months, and it's been pretty good so far. I had a really bad pest problem before, but now it's barely there. They will respray within the first two months for free if they missed something.
