My engine cover underneath my car came loose from all of the snow we've been having and Goodyear was very busy on Friday and after I waited a period of time and they could not schedule me that day they ended up getting all done before the next snow day and did not charge me. I was so overjoyed because I am poor and have an old car with over 300,000 miles a Toyota Corolla that I use for courier work and I was afraid that my car would break down with Medical Specimens on board. So thank you very much for your generosity and for the free ride home until my car got fixed. I really appreciate the service and I will return for my next mechanical need and certainly will refer my friends and neighbors...Again, thank you and God Bless. Mike Zollner
