Everything about our Future Ford experience was terrific.
When we came to the dealership, we were greeting by name and our sales guy, Sal Shah, knew exactly what we were interested in from my initial email contact with the dealership. He had suitable vehicles ready for us to look at and drive.
The EXACT car we wanted wasn't on his lot, but he found the perfect car at a sister dealership within just a few minutes. We were offered a very fair value for our trade-in, and an excellent price for our 2014 Focus Titanium. The paperwork was so incredibly painless and brief! Alex, the finance director, was just a delight to deal with...professional and personable. We were given an overnight loaner car while our new one was brought from the sister dealership, and the next day our gorgeous ruby red auto was delivered to us exactly as promised, complete with a thorough walk-through by Sal to make sure we were comfortable with the amazing technology of the car.
The experience, from beginning to end, was truly a pleasure. Never a moment of pressure of any kind. Anyone considering a Ford purchase should definitely visit Future Ford of Concord as their first stop. Ask for Sal!
