Superior, unprecedented customer service! I recently contacted Auburn Valley Towing for a reason unrelated to towing. A friend who lives nearby the towing dispatching office had a personal emergency and the owner of Auburn Valley Towing immediately offered to assist. The emergency involved the certified service dog, Molly, that belongs to my friend and aids him in the event of a medical issue. Molly had become separated from my friend and was lost in the surrounding neighborhood. Upon hearing the information, the owner of Auburn Valley Towing offered his assistance and immediately began driving and canvasing the streets and neighborhood in an effort to find Molly. A few minutes later we received a call from the Humane Society indicating Molly had been found and that she was safe and in custody. The customer service provided by Auburn Valley Towing was superior and indicative of great personal integrity on the part of the owner who offered to assist in locating a missing dog during a bu
