I'm from Michigan and I traded up to a 2010 Highlander. Stupid me, after signing everything my wife noticed a $399 charge for some kind of windshield insurance (the windshield already was damaged when we bought it!) it involved some stuff like Rain-x that they apply to the windshield. They applied it to an already damaged one! Also there was a $399 theft insurance added in. When I questioned it the salesman Mike Cho showed me on the window sticker where it was. I totally missed it because it they strategically placed it where you don't notice it. I really feel like an idiot for not seeing it. The worst thing though was after the 5 hours it took to finalize everything (included swapping out some worn out tires the salesman claimed were new) we were ready to drive away and I asked for the other keys and fob. The guy tells me then that there is only one key and fob. No Valet keys and no extra keyand fob for my wife. Of course by now the service department is closed so we can't get one. I
