We have rented from martini for almost 11 months and we are glad it is coming to an end. Claiming we put intentionally garbage down the septic which is ridiculous. They didn't respond to 4 calls that we made for three days until the s... hit the fan. Claiming over $4000 in damages without showing any kind of receipts. When we refused to pay they illegally served us with eviction paper's . Their pathetic lawyer said and that's a quote " we just want them out any way possible as they refuse to pay the repairs" . Our lawyer had him on speaker while we were sitting in his office. If you are dealing with Jason or Melissa you will deal with dishonest, pathetic, lazy , unreliable folks. If you are thinking about renting a horse property in fountain from them ...don't do it. Wish I didn't have to give them a star at all but that's not an option.
