Review content:
I had a nightmare weekend when my sewer backed up into my bath tubs, sinks and toilets. I called a family friend to help with the problem but unfortunately I think he only made things worse. I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing, I was happy to hear that they have the same rates no matter if it's a week day or weekend. A technician came and assessed the situation, told me that my main line from the house to the septic was broken and showed me the sink hole in my yard where the break was (I can't believe I didn't notice that!). They gave me an upfront estimate and I gave them the green light. They came back later that SAME DAY to dig up that section of pipe and replace it and when they were done everything flowed smoothly. They were fast, efficient and very friendly. I appreciate their hard work!
