I guess the experience may be different depending on the day you visit the store. I took my 12 year old daughter to this store with me to try on some wigs. The woman that helped us seemed very cautious and stand-offish, almost as if we were a bother to her. I told the woman that my daughter and I want to try on some wigs, and she told me that she does not like to let children try on the wigs because the wigs are expensive. I asked the woman if she could put the wig on for my daughter, thinking this might help the woman feel safer in the situation, and she got somewhat of an attitude, and told me that if I was not for sure going to buy, then she could not let her try on the wigs. Well, how am I supposed to be even slightly convinced to buy the wig when you won't even let my daughter try on the wig. I then proceeded to try on various wigs that the woman brought me after I had chosen the styles and colors. The wigs were too small for my head. Since I am new to the wig culture, I wasn't sure about wig sizing, so I asked if wigs can be modified for head size, she told me they cannot be modified. After doing some research I found that it is best to size your wig to fit your head. The only reason I might visit this store again would be to let the lady see how wigs can be modified to fit a person's head, and what a lovely wig I was able to purchase at a different store that treats ALL of their customers with respect. You will catch more customers with honey, and letting them have a little fun, then you will with that sour vinegar your store served up.
