I thought the plumber was professional and courteous and cleaned up well but the 1400 dollar cost was excessive. The flat rate system meant that for cutting a small piece in the wall, which I could have done myself in 5 minutes, costed 200 dollars on their part.
The plumber offered a creative job to our old fashion shower situation but I didn't think it was 1400 dollars worth of work. Except for the price, I was happy in every way. It was on me, I agreed to the quote but I would look around more next time because I felt ignorant of the expenses.
