From the first call, I was treated with respect and understanding. I had a failed septic system pump, and needed quick service. Mary Ellen explained the process, gave me the name of the person who would be coming to my home, and that I would receive a written estimate and an explanation of my options before any work was done. Scott was the plumber who took care of us. He was friendly, right on time, worked quickly, covered his boots when he entered the house, did a great job, and cleaned up all of the old components before he left. He gave me a written estimate for the work he recommended, and the final price was exactly what he said, to the penny. Terrific experience - I highly recommend Austin Plumbing.
