Review content:
We ordered pizza, super fries, a meatball sand which and pasta. Not a cheap order. I specified clearly for the fries to have bacon on the side, it did not. The pasta was supposed to come with soup, that didn't come either. For $9 pasta, it should come with soup, especially if it's advertised to come with it. We called the manager and he said that some people don't want soup so that's why they didn't send it, which made no sense, and the fries were wrong because they cannot see the specifications when they receive the order. Not my problem? He said he'd call me back after speaking with the take out service, but never did. It was our first and only time eating there. I have always loved HRI, and thought ordering from the restaurant would be a real treat, but honestly your better off getting the frozen I called Grubhub directly and they refunded the money for both dishes which was extremely nice, they always rectify any issues I've ever had, which is very few. Thanks Grubhub!
