My girlfriend and I have gone in to the Bloomington WDD a number of times over the past few months. Each time my girlfriend seemed to like something just a little different. Working with Dane, he was always willing to make a suggestion. It was amazing how we would describe something and he would find exactly what we were looking for. He really knows his stuff! \r

Dane did a phenomenal job of making sure every ring she liked was noted in ""The Wish List"", which made it easier for me when making the final decision. He was incredibly patient with us as we took a little longer to decide on The One than most couples likely take. When it came time to selecting the perfect stone, Dane went out of his way to get it to the store so that I could take a look at it. \r

By the time I made the big purchase, the rest of the team knew who I was, but that did not stop them from ever welcoming to the store again. You will be treated as a valued customer. On a final note, I especially liked that I was given a quick course on what I was buying (Color, Clarity, Etc.). They really know what they are talking about which you will see when you walk in the door. \r

This along with so many other reasons are why I will never go anywhere else.
