I am extremely disappointed with this store. MB Bride's very own staff measured me for a bridesmaid dress, and when I went to pick it up it was most definitely too small. I could just barely get it zipped, and they kept telling me that it fit just right! I can't even sit down in it. The girl kept rudely arguing with me and then finally agreed that it was too small. She then told me to not worry, she would take care of it. By taking care of it, she meant that I would have to pay for alterations. \r

I read other reviews complaining of issues with sizing and customer service. This would have stopped me from going there, but it was the bride's decision so I didn't mention it to her. I wish I would have. I would never go there for anything again, and would most certainly not recommend them on grounds of poor customer service and a lack of competence and standing by their work!
