We went to Headquarter Honda, the Honda dealership nearest us to trade in our Malibu for a ""good"" used Honda. Andrew Burke, the salesperson who approached us, had a disarmingly gentle approach, never exerting any pressure. He listened to our budgetary needs and then worked with us to find a car we liked and get us a deal we simply couldn't refuse - it met all our requirements and instead of being ""used"" - we were able to afford a brand new 2014 Honda. Andrew is a class act!
