Very pleasant "marketing guy" from Reynolds however, he obviously gets paid by the hour AND the job. He showed us the 'magic book' of certificates, licenses, roofing 'laws' and how much insurance companies obviously hate them b/c they don't cover anything. Tried to ask them to cut to the chase 2-3 times. After THREE HOURS, we were a $20,000 quote for a new roof - seriously? We opted not to even hear the 'marketing discount' because that required a yes/no that night. That resulted in an immediate phone call to the 'manager' to tell them we were 'locked in' on the enormous quote. Scarey, huh? Felt like we were on Deal or No Deal. Oh, and we were told not to tell the neighbors what they quoted. No worries, we'll be sure to tell EVERYONE. Thanks for taking 3 hours of our life we can never get back. I feel sorry for older people or those who are bullied into using your services because they have no common sense. Did we look that stupid?...
