Review content:
We purchased a house Don quoted as saying ""has good bones."" We discovered shortly after purchase that the foundation walls need to be replaced. His contracts are concrete, he is not liable for any of his mistakes. Lets be clear, this was a mistake that THREE other inspectors informed us should not have been missed despite Don Doty's excuses. Everyone makes mistakes - its owning them that makes you a good business vs a bad business. We are a new family sitting on a mountain of debt and repairs we can't afford thanks to the ""expertise"" of this company. If you are purchasing a new build that requires just someone to say, yep, looks good, he'll probably do. If not, keep looking... you won't regret the extra time it takes.
