I found FlashFixers to be very professional and responsive. I had a large desktop hard drive that failed and wasn't being read. The hard drive contained all our family photos. Since I'm pretty good with computers myself, I tried several methods to try and get the photos from the drive. Then I learned about FlashFixers, and I gave them a call.
The same day I called they were able to take the drive, and they began to look at it. Within two days I heard from Rich, and he said he was able to access the photos and retrieve them.
They really did a great job! They communicated quickly and did the work quickly. The price was reasonable, and from a customer service standpoint, they were very good! It was an overall great experience. They had the expertise to retrieve my photos!
