Our experience with Moving & Storage Solutions was alright. The gentleman who initially estimated all of the costs low balled on many fronts and the move ended up requiring twice as more people and amount of time than he had expected. Everything was almost doubled in terms of the time and price. Most of the movers took care of everything quickly and efficiently but there were some mishaps along the way. Some of our boxes weren't marked effectively and a couple of the movers didn't do very much packing.
Overall, I'm happy that they took care of everything and didn't damage any of our items but thought that the service could have been much better and organized.

Dear Doreen, I wanted to apologize for the issues you brought up here in your review. We take issues seriously and if there is anything we could do to make sure they don't happen again we welcome the opportunity to do what we can.
I understand from reading your review that the main concern is the price difference between what was quoted and the final amount. One of the contributing factors was the Realtor let us in the house so no one was present during the estimate time to discuss the move in detail, its hard to know now what may have changed from what the Realtor told us versus the actual when you where actually present.
We certainly do not have a reputation for "low balling" jobs and that is not something we would ever condone here.
after looking at the estimate and the actuals there was a 33 difference and that is certainly not acceptable for us. We will in the future do a better job at these kinds of situations when the home owner is not present during the estimate.
