Review content:
The representative from this company who was hired by our HOA was everything a property manager should not be. He was arrogant, condescending and down right rude. He was not good for his word. Several tenants, myself included, would call regarding matters he said he was now responsible for handling but he and his staff always had some excuse to give as to why it was not their responsibility. He treated us owners like we worked for him. His presence caused a great deal of hostility. It was quite evident to most owners that he had an agenda not to work in our best interest but in his own best interest. When a new board of directors was elected and he saw that he would not be able to sway them, he resigned as our property manager. We now have a new property management company who is very courteous and responsive to our needs, everything that CID was not.
