This place has fraudulent billing practices. My husband went to this dentist, I have never been. They processed an auto payment for the remaining balance out of my account that no one else is on. I gave them one check for the initial exam, that is all for $50. Since then they processed payment through my bank account for a recurring payment and are refusing to confirm in writing that they will no longer take money from my account even though I did not authorize it. What kind of professional business would not confirm clearing up this matter in writing? I now have to pay $30 to cancel my account, set up new auto deposits from my payroll check and all of the automatic deductions I have taken out for monthly payment of my bills. This business should be ashamed, they are crooks. When I asked to talk to someone above the office manager, she ""Deena"" said that she was the only person I will be allowed to speak with and they will NOT send me anything in writing to indicate they will not illegally take money from my account again.
