WARNING-- went in one Monday for a ladies night in a group and we were repeatedly harassed and insulted by a creepy bouncer Brian Smith who would not leave us alone. Brian kept grabbing and harassing everyone at the table. we asked him to please leave us alone and go to another table. he told us he could do what ever he wanted the boss was out of town. shortly after we got kicked out for defending ourselves. long story short ruffies were involved and we almost got killed in an accident. \r
we called the bar the next day, informed them via social media and even wrote letters to let the owner know. we got no apologies and the rude bouncer still worked there. what a disappointment. I went in months later to pick up a friend and I was told I was banned by a disgruntle employee, not by a manager or an owner. I have spent hundreds buying rounds for the whole bar at this place and they treat me like that. I have never delta with such trash before. \r

The professional thing to do would of been to have a competent manager or owner on board to get rid of problems and apologize and compensate the customers that were wronged. However regulars at this bar joke and act like getting ruffied is the normal thing to do. Some of the customers cover their drinks to avoid getting drugged. I have never seen such careless behavior towards other people. it has been going on so long there people have accepted it and act like its the normal thing to do. How pathetic.\r

Some of the employees @Jaspers act like a bunch of fugly entitled children with no adult supervision or any clue about customer satisfaction or what it takes to run a business professionally. Their is never an owner or manager around when their should be, so they kick out anyone they want with no remorse or respect for the business. businesses don't fail people fail the business. here is a good example
