NEVER AGAIN. We've used canine country club a number of times without problem but this time our 10 year old Golden Retriever contracted kennel cough (yes he's had the vaccine) and when i called canine country club to notify them of how sick he was and the huge vet bill I now have, they didn't say they were sorry to hear about how sick he was --just ""ill notify the manager"". I at the least expected a phone call back from said manager and never got one. BEWARE. Despite having the vaccination for this disease, we have encountered huge vet bills with antibiotics plus follow up visits to come and our poor dog is so so sick. Unsure yet about our 2nd dog as she has been sleeping non-stop since we got her home but hasn't had any coughing. Having to keep them quarantined from each other. I realize it's a very contagious disease but they showed their lack of caring about our pets by not calling me back and by the lack of care shown when I called. If they treat US like this, how do they treat our pets when we aren't there???
